This policy applies to visitors browsing recipes and blogs, customers purchasing workshops, class recordings, bakery products, or gift cards, and users who create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us through our forms.
By using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Data we collect
Information you provide may include:
- Account sign-up / login: name, email address, Indian mobile number
- Guest checkout: name, email, mobile number
- Bakery orders: delivery name, phone, address, city, pincode, landmark; optional cake message, packaging notes, and special requirements
- Workshop booking: booking details and optional “how did you hear about us”
- Recording purchase: purchase and access details tied to your account
- Gift cards: recipient name and email, personal message, purchaser details
- Newsletter: email address and the page you subscribed from
- Contact forms: name, email, message, and fields depending on form type
- Account profile: saved delivery address (optional)
Information collected automatically may include:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL
- Cookies: see Section 8
- Payment status from PayU — we do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily include it in a message to us (for example, allergy information in an order note).
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to provide and fulfil orders, manage your account and wallet, send transactional emails (OTP codes, confirmations, entry passes, order updates, recording access, gift card delivery), process payments, deliver baked goods, grant workshop and recording access, respond to enquiries, improve our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We send only transactional and service-related emails in connection with your orders and account. We do not send promotional or marketing emails to customers based on purchase history. Our newsletter is separate and only sent where you have opted in.
4. How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site:

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent (for example, newsletter subscription), or lodge a grievance with us.
