Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds for Bold Baking Nation products and services. Contact us at helloboldbakingnation@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8800625048 with your order or booking reference.
1. General principles
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayU unless we agree otherwise (for example, wallet credit).
- After approval, processing typically takes 7–10 business days. Bank and UPI timelines may vary.
- Wallet credits and gift card balances are not convertible to cash.
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
2. Workshops (live classes)
Workshop bookings are final once payment is confirmed.

Workshop refund rules may be updated by our team. If you are unsure before booking, contact us first.
3. Class recordings (digital access)

4. Bask by BBN orders (physical goods)
Fresh baked goods cannot be returned for change-of-mind once delivery is complete.

5. Gift cards

6. Wallet balance
- Wallet funds come from redeemed gift cards, promotional credits, or approved refunds credited to your wallet.
- Wallet balance is non-refundable, has no cash value, and is usable only on Bold Baking Nation.
- Unused wallet balance is forfeited if your account is closed, except where required by law.
7. Mixed cart orders
If your cart contains multiple item types, each item follows the rules in the relevant section above. Partial refunds may apply to eligible items only.
8. Payment failures and duplicate charges
- Failed or pending payment — order not confirmed; you may retry checkout.
- Charged but order not confirmed — contact us with your PayU reference for verification and refund if the order could not be fulfilled.
- Duplicate charge — contact us with both transaction references.
9. Affiliate shop products
Products linked from our Affiliate Links page are sold by third parties. Returns and refunds must be handled directly with the retailer.
