These Terms of Service govern your use of boldbakingnation.com and related services, including workshops, class recordings, bakery orders, gift cards, wallet, newsletter, and customer accounts.

By using the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You confirm that information you provide is accurate.

• Accounts require a valid email address and Indian mobile number.
• Login uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.
• Guest checkout is available for some purchases; workshop and recording access is linked to the email used at checkout.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Free content — Recipes, blogs, and articles are for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our pages. You may not republish our content commercially without permission.

Workshops — Live baking classes, in-person or online. Booking is confirmed after successful payment. Workshop bookings are final once confirmed. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Class recordings — Streamed through our website. Access is personal, non-transferable, and browser-only. No downloading or redistribution.

Bask by BBN — Chef Ashwini's 100% eggless bakery. Order fresh baked goods for delivery within Delhi NCR; our Faridabad storefront is opening soon. Delivery timing depends on availability and is communicated at checkout.

Gift cards and wallet — Recipients must claim within the stated period (default 365 days). Wallet balance is site-only and non-refundable.

Affiliate shop — Some product links go to third-party retailers. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• We do not currently display a GSTIN on the website.
• Payment is processed by PayU.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at clearly erroneous prices, with a full refund of amounts paid.

• Complete checkout and payment to reserve your seat.
• Bookings are final once confirmed. Transfers to another person or date are not permitted.
• See our Returns and Refunds Policy for cancellation and refund rules.
• Follow venue rules and treat staff and participants respectfully.
• Do not record or commercially exploit workshop content unless we explicitly allow it.

• Access is granted to the email and account used at purchase.
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• No refund after access is granted, except where we cannot resolve a technical issue on our side.
• “Lifetime access” means for as long as we commercially offer that recording on our platform.

• Bask by BBN is Chef Ashwini's 100% eggless bakery under Bold Baking Nation.
• Orders are subject to product availability.
• Delivery is within Delhi NCR. Timing depends on availability and is communicated at checkout.
• Our Faridabad storefront is opening soon — in-store policies will be published when it launches.
• Report quality or delivery issues within 2 hours of delivery with as many photos and videos as possible.
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable once production has started.
• Customers with allergies must contact us before ordering.

• Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Unclaimed gift cards expire after the claim-by date (default 365 days).
• Wallet balance has no cash value and is usable only on Bold Baking Nation.

All website content is owned by Bold Baking Nation or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission. Personal home use of recipes and sharing links to our pages is welcome.

When you contact us through our forms, you confirm your message is accurate and does not violate others’ rights. We do not operate public comment or review sections.

You agree not to violate laws, impersonate others, scrape or hack the site, circumvent paid content access, bulk-register without consent, or harass our team or customers.

Content is for general educational purposes. Baking results vary. Food may contain allergens — contact us before ordering if you have dietary requirements. Online services depend on internet connectivity. The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
